All locations for the Conference (apart from the opening and closing sessions of the Conference) will be located in rooms of Utrecht University in the historical City centre of Utrecht and will be within walking distance of each other. The opening ceremony will be in the Dom Church, the closing ceremony as well as the plenary debates will take place in the Church of Saint-John Baptist at the Janskerkhof. Every location will have free Wi-Fi facilities as well as audiovisual facilities for presentations. All locations will also be within walking distance of Utrecht Central Station, the main station of Utrecht with excellent train connections to Schiphol Airport (35 min.), Eindhoven Airport (75 min.) and any other major city in the Netherlands.
